AMI Medical are looking for a system provider who can provide a Full CRM Solution through to Dispatch Management.
The system / Service is to be delivered to AMI Medical at Unit 4 Central Court, Nottingham, NG7 2NN,
The system must be able to provide
- Accurate Stock Management
- An Android platform to assist field staff
- An Integrated CRM
- Order Processing & Dispatch Management
- Provide Business Intelligence Tools
- Courier Integration with UkMail & Royal Mail
- Ecommerce Integration with our current website and directly into Database.
- Have facility for Custom reports / Auto generation of letters
Ideally we would like the system to be cloud hosted in a Security Equivalent N3 / HSCN Environment to meet nhs guidelines.
We would require any applicants be able to support our users vis telephone or remote access, mon-fri 9am to 5pm and have an out of hours service for emergencies.
We would like applicants able to meet the following SLA's
Emergencies within 1 Hour
Urgent within 1.5 Hours
Standard within 3 hours
Applicants should also have a process for further escalation if they do not meet the above SLA's
Applicants should have a proactive approach to maintenance of the system and services to ensure limited outages.
Our current system data will need to be migrated over to any new system.
The system is required for 20 Users, Who will all require training at Head Office.
